Fresh Flowers
Why don’t you have specific floral arrangements for me to choose from?
We aren’t your typical florists. Each week we hand select an array of seasonal blooms in a unique colour palette and our arrangements are based off of that. We will creating something beautiful for you with the best blooms.
How long do fresh florals last?
Each type of bloom is unique some last just a couple days and some can last a couple of weeks. Generally speaking though your arrangement should last 4-7 days.
What do I do if they don't last very long?
Contact us! We are happy to chat.
Do you do flowers for all occasions including funerals?
We sure do. If you’re looking to have something special done feel free to contact us to chat more in-depth.
Do you offer single deliveries?
Yes absolutely!
Weddings & Events
Do you have a minimum spend for weddings?
No but typically we suggest $2500 -$3000 as an initial starting point.
Once we have a consultation how long will it take to get a quote?
Since we are a small team it generally takes about 3-8 days to get a quote written up.
Are consultations free?
Yes you bet! Looking forward to chatting.
Where do you do consultations?
Most are done virtually but we can meet at our studio in bracebridge.
Do you require a deposit?
We have $500 non refundable deposit for weddings and events.
How long in advance should I book your services?
The sooner the better. We only do so much work on weekends so securing the date is best. Sometimes this means over a year in advance. Generally speaking though weddings and events are booked about 6-18 months in advance.
Do you travel out of Muskoka for weddings and events?
Yes we absolutely can. We love to travel.
Do you have rental items?
Yes we do! We have an assortment of arches, stands, ceremony decor, candles and compotes.
Can I make adjustments once I sign the contract contract?
You sure can. We only ask that all final choices be finalized at least 45 days before.
Balloons
How long will my balloons float with helium?
Float times depend on a number of factors. Balloon size, material (foil, latex or pvc) and stuffing (confetti, foil, balloons or feathers) all have an impact on float times.
11” latex balloon 16 - 24 hours
24”-36” balloon 3 - 5 days
11” confetti balloon 8 -12 hours
Foil balloons 3 - 5 days
Jumbo Number 3 - 5 days
The environment and temperature in which a balloon is stored at, will have an effect on float times. Therefore we can’t guarantee exact times.
How can I make my balloons float longer?
We use premium grade helium along with Hi-float in the majority of our latex balloons. This helps to prevent the leakage of helium, therefore prolonging the float time for your balloons. Hi-float is not used in balloons filled with confetti or other items.
How soon before my event should I order my balloons?
We recommend ordering your balloons at least 7-14 days in advance. In some instances we may be able to complete your order the same day, however we don’t want you to be disappointed. Custom script balloons may require additional processing time.
Why did my foil balloon shrink when it was outside in the cold?
Foil balloons can be sensitive to extreme temperature changes. Cold air may make your balloons appear deflated; warm air should expand them again. Extreme heat could cause helium to expand and cause it to burst.
Are balloons safe?
Children under 8 years of age should have parental supervision at all times. Children can choke or suffocate on un-inflated or broken balloons. Discard any broken balloons immediately. Keep away from extreme heat sources and do not release outdoors. Do not inhale helium.

What days do you deliver?
Typically everyday except Sunday or unless we have a wedding and or an event booked.
Where do I pick up my order?
We have a sweet little studio space in Bracebridge. We arrange for all of our orders to be picked up here.
Is your store open 9-5, Monday to Friday or on weekends?
We are by appointment only. Some days we aren’t available as we are onsite setting up for a special event. But you can typically reach us by phone or email during typical business hours and we can certainly try to arrange for a specific time for you to come to the studio.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do! If you require something specific we generally ask for at least one weeks notice so we can pre-order the necessary item.
Do you deliver and set up weddings and events?
Yes we are full service floral and events studio. Everything will be executed as planned onsite.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver all Around the Muskoka area.
Floral Subscriptions
Is there a minimum subscription order?
There is no minimum signup, however if you sign up for 6 or more bouquets you save 10%!
How long do the flowers last?
Flowers arrive fresh to us, the day before you receive them. That way we can assure they are very fresh for you. Typically cut flowers last between 5 and 8 days.
When are the flowers delivered?
Flowers are delivered Wednesdays or Thursdays depending on your location. If you would like it delivered another day, no problem! However, it may be subject to a small delivery fee.
How often can I receive my fresh cut flower bouquet ?
You can choose! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal subscriptions (Jan, Apr, Jul and Oct).
What type of flowers come in my bouquet?
We use a wide range of flowers. Each week focuses on a different colour palate and longevity to create unique bouquets. No two weeks are ever the same.
What if I go away?
No problem we can defer your subscription, we just ask that you give us one weeks notice.
Can I split my subscription with someone?
Absolutely, you have full flexibility on who receives them. You can give one away or send to someone new each time. They could be subject to a delivery fee, if sent outside our free delivery zone.
Do they come in a vase?
No, our regular subscriptions, come beautifully wrapped in paper and twine. However, for an additional fee we would be happy to deliver your flowers in a beautiful vase.
